Disconnect from QuickBooks

Revoke the app’s access from your QuickBooks Online company or use the approved local disconnect procedure.

An authorized company administrator can find the connected app in QuickBooks Online’s app-management area and disconnect it there. Confirm the intended company and app before revoking access.

For a local disconnect, contact the Roof setup owner. The client blocks further reads while it attempts provider revocation and clears its managed tokens only after confirmation. If confirmation fails, keep the connection blocked and revoke it directly in QuickBooks Online before recovery.

Visiting this page does not revoke a grant. Disconnecting does not change or delete invoices, payments or other accounting records, and it does not remove report copies already saved by an operator.
